ADplus Heavy Duty Rubber Panels are made from a highly resilient rubber compound which is exceptionally resistant to severe crushing stresses common in primary screening. This makes it suitable for material feed sizes of 6” and above. With proper design, we provide a pro-rata guaranteed wear life of 600,000MT, based on total plant production.

ADplus Cross Tensioned Rubber Mesh are made from a premium grade abrasion resistant rubber compound, with integral synthetic cord reinforcement for tensioning. This makes it suitable for product sizes of between 5 to 60mm. With proper design, we provide a pro-rata guaranteed wear life of 300,000MT, based on total plant production.
