In mid 2004, one of our customers engaged our services to repair the Eccentric  Assembly of a Svedala J1513 Jaw Crusher.

 

 

Upon inspection, some of the main faults noted were: -

1. Main Shaft Broken

2. Bearing Housing Worn

3. Bearing Seating Area Worn by 0.3—0.8mm

4. Bearing Block Worn by 0.4—0.6mm

1. Machining of New Shaft

2. Rebuild and Machining of Sitting Area for Inner Bearings

3. Rebuild and Machining of Outer Bearing Housing Block

 

Repaired Eccentric Assembly was installed on-site at the customer’s quarry. Crusher resumed normal operations with the repaired Eccentric Assembly.
